This blog is all things animals, and most importantly, their welfare, conservation and rights. Animals don't have voices, but together, we do, and we have to speak for them.
I'm Jen, and animals are the most important thing in my life.
17 years old, vegetarian since 2008. Future Environmental Studies major at The George Washington University in DC. President of my school's Teen Animal Protector's club, active volunteer for shelters, and hoping to someday dedicate my whole life to animals.
In the summer of 2010 I spent a month with National Geographic photographing and researching the effects humans have on the migratory paths of wildebeest and zebra in the Tanzanian serengeti, and studied wildlife in Alaska with them this previous summer. This upcoming summer I will be studying wildlife in Australia with National Geographic again!
I'm a cat lady with five adorable kitties but polar bears are my favorite animals. My goals in life are to work for Nat Geo and to be the female Steve Irwin/Jack Hanna/Casey Anderson.
Thank you for following and sharing the passion for animals that I have.
